This is a custom & one-of-a-kind sterling silver and natural blue-sheen moonstone ring..... one of my favorite rings I've made in quite awhile:)
I hand fabricated this design from sterling sheet, bezel and a moonstone cab provided to me by our friends Jerry and Julie who commissioned this ring. Hand pierced overlay detailing and more of Mark's beautiful hand engraving work:heart:

I added a satin finish the base layer of the ring and applied a high polish to the overlay to give the scrolling vine pattern more depth and contrast. I also think the satin finish works well in combination with the blue-sheen moonstone cabochon.

Awesome ring!!! It's not easy to get a bezel to fit down on a curved surface like that either.

No... it's not. I used to hold the bezel over a blank ring and hand sand it until it was perfect.. UGHHHHHHH. Now I have an easier way but it's still tricky business. Thanks Michael:)
