Artist's Comments
This sterling and gold pierced pendant features 12.5 carat purple/blue & teal green ammolite and .5 carat black Australian opal doublet. The opal is set in a 22 karat bezel setting and the ammolite is set within a 18 karat gold bezel. The bail and pendant are accented with 14 karat gold accents. This design is one-of-a-kind and completely hand fabricated. The opal doublet was made by Mark and the layer of opal is much thicker than most doublets.
